Fiery Crash Leads to OUI Charge

Ryan Flory, 22, of 12 Wayside Rd., Westborough, was arrested by Westborough police on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol and a marked lanes violation. Judge Robert Calgione released Flory on personal recognizance and set a pretrial hearing for Dec. 13. Police allege Flory was the driver in a one-car crash that resulted in a car fire early Wednesday morning

Julio C. Landaverde, 23, of 34B Second St., Framingham, was summonsed to court on a complaint from Westborough police on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, refusing to identify self to a police officer and possession of a false or stolen registry of motor vehicles document. Judge Robert Calgione found Landaverde responsible on decriminalized charge of unlicensed operation and refusing to identify and found him guilty on the false document charge. He was fined $500. 

Michael S. Algieri, 36, of 10 March St., Apt. B, Worcester, was summonsed to court by Shrewsbury police on a charge of larceny over $250 by single scheme. Judge Robert Calgione continued the case without a finding for one year and sentenced Algieri to one year of supervised probation as well as regular drug screens. Police alleged Algieri stole more than $13,000 from a Shrewsbury resident's bank account  in a case that dates back to 2009. 

Robert Stewart Jr., 40, of 169 High St., Webster, was summonsed to court on a complaint from Shrewsbury police to face charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and driving a vehicle with no sticker. Judge Robert Calgione dismissed the unlicensed operation charge upon payment of $100 in court costs and found him responsible on the no-sticker charge, levying a fine of $50. 

Michael L. Cram, 56, of 10 Worcester Rd., Grafton, was summonsed to court on a complaint from Westborough police on a charge of operating with a suspended license. Judge Robert Calgione dismissed the charge upon payment of $200 in court costs.
