On Wednesday, May 8, if you order the traditional Chicago hot dog from BeeZers, portions of the proceeds will benefit the Poodle Rescue of New England.
The organization was near and dear to Conie Musso, who died unexpectedly last year. Musso, who volunteered with Poodle Rescue, was a dear friend to the people at BeeZers.
"Every year I would ask my friend Connie what she wanted for her birthday," said Linda Bock, owner of BeeZers, "and every year she would say she wanted Chicago hot dogs. I wasn't sure how I would be able to make it through her birthday this year, but when I thought about it, I had my answer."
Order the Chicago dog any time between 11 a.m. and 8 p.m. on Wednesday.
