She was the wife of Wade E. Barnes, from their marriage in 1958 until his death in 2005. During their marriage, they resided and raised a family in Needham, Massachusetts. After 46 years in Needham, she moved to Northborough and later to Shrewsbury, Massachusetts.
Bracken was the executive secretary to the Director of the American Red Cross in Washington, D.C. and this is where and when she met her husband Francis during WWII.
Marlborough— Marcia J. (EauClaire) Wilcox, 73 of Marlborough, died Monday, March 25, 2013 at Marlborough Hospital.
Wilcox enjoyed gardening and pets. She had been employed as a waybiller for various trucking companies for over 35 years before retiring.
Northborough— Randy W. Hesselton, 58, of Pepperell, formerly of Northborough and Westborough, died on Monday, March 25, 2013 at home.
Hesselton was employed as a truck driver in the construction industry for
many years.
After spending three years as a PFC in the U.S. Marine Corps, he lived most of his life in the Worcester area and was employed as a salesman at Atlas Distributors in Auburn for thirty-two years.
