Reckless Operator Gets Community Service

Sarah. L. Branham, 27, of 196 Main St., Boylston, was summonsed to court on a complaint from Shrewsbury police to face charges of leaving the scene of an accident with property damage and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. Judge Vito Virzi dismissed the leaving the scene charge upon payment of restitution in the amount of $175 and continued without a finding for three months the negligent operation charge.  

Jeremy Binley, 31, of 49 Quobaug Ave., Oxford, was summonsed to court on a complaint from Westborough police to face charges of operating with a suspended license and unregistered motor vehicle. Judge Vito Virzi dismissed the operating with a suspended license charge and found Binley not responsible on the unregistered charge. 

Anthony D. Clurman, 21, of 19 Maryland St., Apt. 1, Dorchester, was summonsed to court on a complaint from Northborough police to face charges of operating with a suspended license and no registration in possession. Judge Vito Virzi dismissed the suspended license charge upon payment of $200 in court costs and found Clurman responsible on the no registration charge, assessing him a $35 fine. 

Richard A. D'Andrea, 50, of 3 Patriot Dr., Northborough, was arrested by Northborough police and charged with violation an abuse prevention order. Judge Vito Virzi continued the case without a finding for one year, ordering D'Andrea to stay alcohol free during that time, subject to random testing, and ordering him to stay away from the alleged victim in the case.  

Joshua Leclerc, 19, of 29D St., Northbridge, was summonsed to court on a complaint from Grafton police to face charges of reckless operation off a motor vehicle, speeding, and failure to stay in right lane. Judge Vito Virzi continued without  finding for three months the reckless operation charge, ordering Leclerc to perform 50 hours of community service. He was found not responsible on the remaining charges.
