Robin A. Dillon, 23, of 11 Norton Way, Shrewsbury, was arrested by Westborough police and charged with operating under the influence of alcohol, a marked lanes violation and a tire tread depth violation. Judge David Locke released Dillon on personal recognizance and scheduled a pretrial hearing for Jan. 31. According to a police report, Dillon was arrested on Route 9 after an officer saw her weaving between lanes and noticed her front right tire was slashed open and "emitting a large array of sparks" as she drove.

Anthony Corrieri, 17, of 56 Ireta Rd., Shrewsbury, was arrested by Northborough police and charged with larceny over $250. Judge David Locke ordered Corrieri held on $500 bail and scheduled a pretrial hearing for Jan. 4. According to court records, Corrieri was an employee at Kohl's, where he was allegedly spotted removing a $100 from the cash drawer and placing it in his pocket. He later admitted to having stolen cash from the store on four other occasions as well as a candy bar, police say.

Judge David Locke found him responsible on a decriminalized version of the charge and ordered him to pay $150 in court costs. Police said Heller created a disturbance at 3:30 am on Sunday at the Shrewsbury Green apartment complex, screaming at officers who arrived to get a search warrant.

Kevin Donnelly, 23, of 46 Londonderry Rd., Grafton, was arrested by Shrewsbury police and charged with operating under the influence of drugs, a crosswalk violation and a marked lanes violation. Judge David Locke continued the OUI charge without a finding for one year, ordering Donnelly to undergo substance abuse treatment and ordered a 45-day loss of license as well as payment of $600 in court costs. Donnelly was found not responsible on the other two charges. Police arrested Donnelly after receiving complaints of a driver falling asleep in traffic. He later told an officer that he smoked marijuana before driving, court records show.

Kelly M. Allen, 19, of 124 Howe St., Shrewsbury, was summonsed to court on a complaint from Shrewsbury police to face two charges of larceny over $250.
