Steven Lahlou, 18, of 618 Salisbury St., Worcester, was summonsed to court on a complaint from Northborough police to face a charge of wanton destruction of property over $250. Judge Robert Calgione dismissed the charge upon the request of prosecutors, who said the victim, the owner of the Motel 6, had not responded to requests or a summons to testify in the case. Lahlou had been accused of trashing a room at the motel, slashing mattresses and smashing beer bottles.
Rafael Dasilva, 22, of 258 Second St., Framingham, was summonsed to court on a complaint from Westborough police to face charges of leaving the scene of an accident with property damage, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a state highway traffic violation. Judge Robert Calgione dismissed all charges.
Timothy C. Anderson, 28, of 23 Shepherd Rd., Westborough, was summonsed to court on a complaint from Westborough police to face a charge of assault and battery. Judge Robert Calgione continued the case without a finding for one year, sentencing Anderson to one year of administrative probation and completion of an anger management course.
Juliane M. Reczek, 28, of 43 Wesson Terrace, Northborough, was arrested by Northborough police and charged with operating under the influence of alcohol, a marked lanes violation, registration not in possession and speeding. Judge Robert Calgione released Reczek on personal recognizance and scheduled a pretrial hearing for Jan. 4. Reczek was arrested on Main St. at 2:27 a.m. on Wednesday.
Glenn A. Cummings, 24, of 61 Locust St., Bellingham, was summonsed to court on a complaint from Westborough police to face charges of larceny over $250 and receiving stolen property. Judge Robert Calgione dismissed the larceny charge and found Cummings guilty on the receiving stolen property charge, sentencing him to one year of administrative probation and ordering him to stay away from the victim in the case. According to a police report, Cummings was accused of taking two rings from the bedrooms of a Westborough home while in the master bedroom as part of a cleaning crew.
Jeremy Richard, 22, of 4132 Avalon Way, Shrewsbury, was summonsed to court on a complaint from Northborough police to face charges of uninsured motor vehicle, operating with a suspended registration and no inspection sticker. Judge Robert Calgione dismissed the first two charges upon payment of $300 in court costs and found Richard not responsible on the sticker charge.
Thomas F. Egan, 25, of 18 Harris Ave. Nortborough, was summonsed to court on a complaint from Northborough police to face charges of leaving the scene of an accident with property damage, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of an accident with personal injury and a marked lanes violation. Judge Robert Calgione released Egan on personal recognizance and set a pretrial hearing for Jan. 23.
Thomas A. Morrell, 52, of 20 Elm St., Whitinsville, was arrested by Grafton police and charged with larceny over $250. Judge Robert Calgione found Morrell guilty and ordered him to served one year of administrative probation. Police said Morrell took steel plates worth more than $250 from All Steel on Creeper Hill Rd. without authorization.
