Westborough District Court

Thursday, Nov. 8

Kevin Eichelman, 20, of 56 Pleasant St., Northborough, was arrested by Northborough police and charged with possession of a class D substance with intent to distribute and possession or sale of a stun gun. Judge Vito Virzi released Eichelman on personal recognizance and scheduled a pretrial hearing for Dec. 14. According to a police report, Eichelman was arrested on Main St. after an officer who observed him texting while driving pulled him over and smelled marijuana when he approached the vehicle. A search of Eichelman and the car turned up the stun gun as well as two air-powered guns that were not illegal to possess and what the arresting officer believed to be a mason jar nearly full of marijuana.

Bradford J. Gorrie, 37, of 300 Providence Rd., Apt. A, South Grafton, was in court to face a charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon brought by Grafton police. Judge Vito Virzi continued the case without a finding for one year, sentencing Gorrie to supervised probation and ordering that he remain alcohol-free.

Susan Krzyminski, 29, of 99 Upper Gore Rd., Webster, was summonsed to court on a complaint from Shrewsbury police to face charges of driving an unregistered motor vehicle and driving an uninsured motor vehicle. Judge Vito Virzi dismissed the charge of driving an uninsured motor vehicle and found Krzyminski not responsible on the second charge.

Joshua V. Drake, 24, of 72 Stoney Hill Rd., Shrewsbury, was summonsed to court on a complaint from Shrewsbury police on a charge of operaing with a suspended license. Judge Vito Virzi dimissed the charge upon payment of $200 in court costs.
