Two men were arraigned on charges that they robbed bags of clothing from donation bins in a Shrewsbury shopping plaza. Valdir Barros, 25, of 66 Paul Bunker Dr., Taunton, is charged with breaking and entering in the nighttime to commit a felony and larceny over $250. Marcus Teixeira, 18, of 16 Ellsworth St., Apt. 1, Brockton, faces charges of breaking and entering in the nighttime to commit a felony, larceny over $250 and witness intimidation.
Judge Robert Gardner ordered both men held on $200 cash bail or $2,000 surety and set a pretrial hearing for Nov. 7.
Erin M. Willis, 21, of 126 E. Hodges St., Norton, was summonsed to court on a complaint by Westborough police on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Judge Robert Gardner dismissed the charge upon payment of $200 in court costs.
Firas A. Zein, 33, of 21 Cutler St., Worcester, was summonsed to court on a complaint from Shrewsbury police on charges of operating with a suspended license (second offense), a number plate violation to conceal identity, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and speeding. Judge Robert Gardner scheduled a pretrial hearing for Nov. 14.
Alexander C. Kappos, 53, of 25 Pine Haven Dr., Holden, was arrested by Shrewsbury police on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. According to a police report, Kappos was a passenger in one of the vehicles involved in an accident on Gold St. on Oct. 13 and attempted to stop emergency personnel from assisting other victims. Judge Robert Gardner released Kappos on personal recognizance and scheduled a pretrial hearing for Nov. 28.
Sean Kerr, 31, of 82 Whitney St., Northborough, was arrested by Northborough police and charged with operating under the influence. An officer reported finding Kerr slumped over the wheel of his car outside the 24-hour Honey Farms on West Main St. Judge Robert Gardner released Kerr on personal recognizance. He is due back in court on Nov. 9.
Timothy L. Holland, 41, of 3112 Arbor Dr., Shrewsbury, was arrested by Shrewsbury police on charges of assault and battery. Judge Robert Gardner released Holland on $500 cash bail and set a pretrial hearing for Nov. 28. As a condition of his release, Holland must stay away from the alleged victim in the case.
Adam J. Glasier, 27 of 1 Tipcart St., Sutton, was summonsed to court by Westborough police on charges of operating with a suspended license and refusing to identify self to police.Judge Robert Gardner scheduled a pretrial hearing for Nov. 9.
Thomas G. Tringale, 27, of 140 Lincoln St., Worcester, was summonsed to court on a complaint from Westborough police on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Judge Robert Gardner dismissed both charges upon payment of $150 in court costs on each charge.
Saima Yousaf, 27, of 89 Maynard Rd., Apt. 3, Framingham, was arrested by Westborough police and charged with assault and battery Judge Robert Maynard released Yousaf on personal recognizance and set a pretrial hearing for Nov. 14.
