Jason S. Lavallee, 26, of 28 Arthur St., Worcester, was arrested by Shrewsbury police and charged with possession of a class A substance and conspiracy. Judge Vito Virzi found Lavallee guilty on the possession charge and sentenced him to six months in the House of Correction, with 30 days to be served and the balance suspended for one year, as well as periodic drug screening. The conspiracy charge was dismissed.
Jason Buduski, 27, of 4 Patch Reservoir Dr., Worcester, was summonsed on a complaint from the Northborough police on charges of threatening to commit a crime. Judge Vito Virzi released Buduski on personal recognizance and scheduled a pretrial hearing for Nov. 27. According to court documents, police allege Buduski left a voicemail threatening two Northborough residents.
Christopher S. Eld, 50, of 141 Cohasset St., Apt. 2, Worcester, was arrested by Shrewsbury police on charges of shoplifting by asportation, third offense. Judge Vito Virzi released Eld on $500 cash bail and scheduled a pretrial hearing for Nov. 7. Police allege Eld left CVS without paying for four items.
Vinicius A. DaSilva, 25, of 15 Grove St., Hudson, was summonsed to court on a complaint from Northborough police on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Judge Vito Virzi found DaSivla responsible on a decriminalized version of the charge and ordered him to pay a $600 fine.
Fabio Leite, 37, of 52 Aemes St., Framingham, was summonsed to court on a complaint issued by Massachusetts State Police on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a state highway traffic violation. Judge Vito Virzi found Leite responsible on a decriminalized version of the unlicensed operation charge and ordered him to pay a $600 fine. He found Leite not responsible for the traffic violation.
Gedenilson Ribeiro, 27, of 34 Parker St., Everett, was summonsed to court on a complaint from Westborough police on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a crosswalk violation. Judge Vito Virzi found Ribeiro responsible on a decriminalized charge of unlicensed operation and ordered him to pay a $600 fine. He was found not responsible on the crosswalk charge.
