In Court: Woman Faces OUI Charge after Crash

Timothy L. O'Regan, 25, of 127 N. Main St., West Boylston, was summonsed on a complaint by Westborough police on charges of operating with a suspended license and speeding. Judge David Locke set a pretrial hearing for Oct. 25. 

Erin L. Moran, 37, of 76 Fisher St., Westborough, was arrested by Westborough police on Sept. 24 and charged with operating under the influence of liquor. According to a police report, Moran was involved in a two-car accident at Milk and Maynard streets at 7:54 pm. and told the arresting officer that she had consumed three beers earlier in the evening. Judge David Locke scheduled a pretrial hearing in the case for Oct. 31. 

Robert L. Vieira, 22, of 155 W. Main St., Marlborough, had a charge of unlicensed operating of a motor vehicle brought by Westborough police reduced to a decriminalized charge by Judge David Locke. He was ordered to pay a $500 fine and was also found not responsible on a related speeding charge.  

Joseph Bizimana, 22, of 20 Everett Gaylord Blvd., Worcester, was ordered to pay a $600 fine to settle a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle for which he had been summonsed on a complaint by the Northborough Police Department.  

Mark A. Blank, 30, of 19 Buttercup Ln., South Grafton, was summonsed to court by Southborough police on a charge of larceny of a credit card. Judge David Locke scheduled a pretrial hearing for Oct. 11 and also ordered Blank to stay away from the alleged victim in the case. According to a police report, Blank used the victim's credit card without her authorization to purchase a pair of sunglasses at a store in Framingham.  

Judge Vito Virzi dismissed a charge of assault and battery against Joseph T. Duggan III, 58, of 401 S. Quinsigamond Ave., Shrewsbury. The case against Duggan, who was arrested by Northborough police on July 7, was dismissed after the victim declined to cooperate with prosecutors. 

Judge Vito Virzi dismissed a charge of threatening to commit a crime against Robert T. Lyons, 24, of 39 Belmont St., Northborough. The case against Lyons, who was charged by Northborough police in February, was dismissed at the request of prosecutors and the alleged victim.
