Northborough police responded to six residential house breaks on Thursday, Aug. 16.
All of the breaks occurred between noon and 4 p.m.
According to police, the houses that were broken into are on Green Street, West Street, Howard Street, Hudson Street, Valentine Road and Brewer Street, all located in the the northern part of town.
Jewelry, cash and prescription medications were predominantly stolen, and electronic items for the most part were not touched, said police.
