A Northborough man and tennis instructor at the Westboro Tennis & Swim Club pleaded guilty to pornography charges in court Thursday, and was given an 18-month court sentence (with 60 days to serve) and 10 years probation, reported the Worcester Telegram and Gazette.
Joshua Lundberg, 19, 19 Cold Harbor Rd., Northborough, pleaded guilty to posssession of child pornography and disseminating child pornography.
Lundeberg was indicted in March of 2012, by the Worcester County Grand Jury on charges that stemmed from an investigation that began on Oct. 7, according to Westborough Patch, when the Detective Unit from Massachusetts State Police was sent files with photos and videos of sexual exploitation and abuse of children. During a house search conducted by Northborough and state police, they found not only peer-to-peer child pornography files on his laptop, but learnd that he exposed his penis to a 20-month-old family member, and possessed a lifelike "baby doll" in his bedroom.
Lundberg was working as a tennis instructor at the Westboro Tennis & Swim Club.
