GraftonLeonard C. Strom, 75, died peacefully at home May 28 2013 in the love and care of his family from complications of a recent illness.

He was a graduate of Grafton High School and served in The United States Marines from 1956 to 1962 being honorably discharged as a Lance Corporal.

NorthboroughMargaret Mary (Foley) Sweeney, formerly of Mendon, MA, most recently of Westborough, MA, passed away peacefully in her sleep on May 29, 2013.

She helped with the Red Cross by giving evening classes on nutrition during World War II. She was later employed by a commercial food company in New York and New Britain, CT, supervising 10 company plants. She completely managed the in-plant feeding system, a large cafeteria for lunch, and canteens throughout the plants for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

ShrewsburyAngela B. (Sarapas) Busky, a longtime Shrewsbury resident, died Monday, May 27, 2013 at the UMass Memorial Hospital, Worcester.

During World War II, she worked on the B-29 Fortress designs while working at Wyman-Gordon Company from 1942-1948.

NorthboroughCarl Alfred McAffe, Jr., World War II Army Veteran, of Amesbury, formerly of Northborough, died January 11, 2013 in Amesbury. He was the husabnd of the late Mary (Goodwin) McAfee.
