Incidents, Tuesday, May 28
1:48 p.m.: Police assist the Fire Department with an oven fire at a residence on Jay Ave.
2:05 p.m.: Police respond to a medical call on East Main Street
2:28 p.m.: A resident on Main Street reports that metal was stolen from him
5:06 p.m.: Minor arrested by police for being in possession of alcohol, Blake Street
6 p.m.: A caller reports to police that a dog is walking in the middle of Fisher Street. Police are unable to locate the dog.
7:01 p.m.: Medical call, Rice Ave.
8:04 p.m.: Caller reporting that several teenagers were assaulting an elderly male on Howe Ave. Subjects fled the area, but were apprehended. Two placed in custody.
9:09 p.m.: DCF calls for a well being check on a woman staying in motel room 234 at Motel 6. Westborough police called for mutual aid, responding an incident involving a report of neglect of four children. Woman placed in custody on a warrant.

9:38 p.m., May 28; Brooke Ashley Emond, 18, 103 Cook Lane, Marlborough, arrested and charged with intimidating a witness, Overlook Parkway
10:07 p.m., May 28: Evan Gerard Murray, 20, 6 Wilson Rd., Northborough, arrested and charged with A&B on a person over 60, Belmont Street
12:30 a.m., May 29: Tonya L Santiago, 31, 118 Congress Street, Apt: 9, Milford, arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, shoplifting, Belmont Street/Route 9
