1:34 a.m.: One in custody for OUI MA PC ICAB65, Hitching Post Lane
5:43 a.m.: Caller reporting two horses on the side of the road, Whitney Street. Owner of near by farm contacted and advised. Police advises that the horses made their way back to the farm.
10:20 a.m.: Police assist with a permit fire that extended to a tree, Pleasant Street
12:09 p.m.: Employee reporting merchandise taken yesterday, Shops Way
3:35 p.m.: Medical call, Green Street
4:37 p.m.: Male shoplifting - with loss prevention in the store, Otis Street
5:34 p.m.: Medical call, Lincoln Street
5:54 p.m.: A dog is stuck under the porch and police respond, notifying the animal control officer to assist, Juniper Brook Road.
6:14 p.m.: Medical call, Main Street
6:31 p.m.: Medical call, Otis Street
6:33 p.m.: Son has not returned home yet, Bartlett Street
9:07 p.m.: Police respond to a complaint of loud music on Whitney Street. Upon checking, they came upon no noise in the area.
Incidents, Saturday, April 27
12:14 a.m.: Employee stating a resident had snuck out of the house, Main Street
12:23 a.m.: A caller from Green Street reports to police that a neighbor's lights and music are on, and this is out of the ordinary. The resident asked to check the well being of the neighbor. It checked out OK, as the neighbor wanted to use some lights and listen to some music.
1:47 a.m.: One in custody for OUI and operating negligently as to endanger MA PC 1XTP10, Patty Lane. McFee & Newton called for a tow.
Arrests:
April 26, 2:01 a.m.: Brad R Joyal, 22, 17 Hitching Post Lane, Northborough, arrested and charged with OUI, speeding in violation of regulation, Hitching Post Lane
April 27, 2:42 a.m.: Matthew J. Pierce, 24, 12 Tyler Rd., Upton, arrested and charged with negligent operation of a motor vehicle and OUI, Patty Lane
