Officer Ryan Caneen stopped Cormier-Houle and detected an odor of alcohol, and noted bloodshot and glassy eyes. Cormier-Houle also failed the field sobriety tests. Police said her last drink had been at the Halfway Cafe.
Judge Virzi sentenced Cormier-Houle to one year suspended probation, 45 days loss of license, and ordered her to attend a 24-day program.

Officer Shane Didonato stopped Ward on Lincoln Street for a marked lanes violation, and noted that she showed signs and symptoms of intoxication. Didonato also noted there was a strong odor of alcohol emanating from the vehicle, and from her breath, as well as glassy eyes and slurred speech.
