A student at Algonquin Regional High School will be charged with "disturbing a school assembly," said police.
Northborough police responded shortly before 10 a.m. on Wednesday to a dispute between a student and faculty.
A male student was in an "agitated state and giving faculty and the administration a hard time," said police. The boy, a senior, was causing a disturbance by swearing, yelling and pushing chairs and desks.
An administrator called Northborough police to assist, and the situation had "calmed down" by the time police arrived.
