A Northborough man who was sleeping on railroad tracks in town was arrested earlier this week on warrants stemming from Clinton charges.
On July 25, at 7:18 a.m., Daniel K. Hart, 46, 32 Village Dr., Northborough, was arrested for A&B, disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace after police responded to call of a "suspicious person" on the tracks between School and Summer streets.
According to police, Hart had spent part of the evening at his brother's home before going for a walk. When neighbors alerted police of a suspicious person on the tracks, police responded and a default warrant issued out of Clinton District Court was located.
The charges were all from the default warrant issued by the Clinton District Court. No other charges were lodged by Northborough police.
