To make informed decisions, citizens must understand basic terminology, proposed solutions and the probable consequences.
Jim Wallace, executive director of the Gun Owners Action League (GOAL) addresses those issues in his presentation “Gun Control Status Report: Federal & State,” Tuesday, Feb. 19, at 7 p.m. at the Northborough Free Library.
Sharing the platform is Wayne Cormier, a representative of Oathkeepers, a national non-partisan association of currently serving military, veterans, peace officers, and firefighters who are dedicated to defending the Constitution and not obeying unconstitutional (illegal) orders to disarm, detain, or fire upon fellow citizens.
The free admission, public service program is open to everyone, especially to high school students.
It is sponsored by the Northborough Tea Party.
