WestboroughPriscilla H. Ryder, 92, of Westborough, died peacefully on Monday, February 11, 2013 at the Beaumont Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center. She was the wife of the late Ernest W. Ryder.

Priscilla worked in various sales positions and mainly was a homemaker dedicated to her home and family.

ShrewsburyJoseph F Kenney, Sr., of Shrewsbury, formerly of Sturbridge, MA, died Sunday, February 10, 2013, in Shrewsbury Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. He was 85.

Joe honorably served our country in the United States Navy during World War II.

MarlboroughPastora Vilma Gloria Morales, 51, of Dorchester died Sunday February 10, 2013 at Boston Medical Center after suffering a heart attack following Sunday Service at her church.

She was Pastora at Centro Cristiano Emanuel in Dorchester for four years.

ShrewsburyShirley L. (Blackman) Clemons, 77, of Shrewsbury, died Saturday, February 9, 2013 in UMass Memorial Medical Center-University Campus after an illness.

She began her working career as a public relation secretary for The Wyman-Gordon Corporation. Later in her life she worked with her husband in their family business, Shrewsbury Machine Co. as secretary and office manager for many years.

MarlboroughCarole DiTommaso, born Carole Ann Harpin on May 21, 1938, died peacefully into the deep silence of the morning on February 9, 2013, as Mother Nature covered us all with a pure white blanket of snow.

She died at the age of 74, after being diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer twelve years ago. Her carefree attitude and gracious demeanor is what kept her in our company for the past decade as she waged her silent war, endured her weekly treatments and resolved herself to fear nothing.

ShrewsburyJoseph J. Cariglia, of Shrewsbury, a longtime self-employed attorney in Worcester, died Tuesday February 13, 2013. He was 78.

Marlborough Francis Durand, 75 of Marlborough, died unexpectedly on Wednesday, February 13, 2013 at UMass Medical Center in Worcester.

Durand was a graduate of Marlborough High School. For 36 years, he was employed by the Marlborough Post Office as a letter carrier, retiring in 1999.

ShrewsburyAnna M. Mastro, of Shrewsbury, died peacefully into the loving arms of God on Wednesday, February 13, 2013 in Saint Vincent Hospital in Worcester with family by her side. She was 85.

Mastro was one of fourteen children of Italian immigrants William F. and Viola (Congahilia) Mastro Sr. A life-long Shrewsbury resident she was a graduate of the former Maj. Howard W. Beal High School. She worked for 25 years as a knitter at the former Worcester Knitting Company.

WestboroughCarl C. Patrick, 92, of Westborough, died peacefully on Wednesday, February 13, 2013 surrounded by his family. He was the husband of the late Mary E. (Plazak) Patrick.

During WW II he served as a Special Agent of the Counter Intelligence Corps.

MarlboroughAdeline M. "Dena" (Comerato) Cummings, 86, died peacefully on Monday Feb. 11, at her home  surrounded by her loving family after a long illness.

Her greatest love was her family and she especially enjoyed riding in her great grandson Logan's John Deere tractor.
