Lalajava Coffeehouse has been named as a semifinalist in the eastern region for the America's Best Coffeehouse competition. It's the inaugural contest, and Lola Boyers, owner of Lalajava, would appreciate your vote.
Only one vote per person is allowed.
Sometime by Feb. 8, Lalajava, also, will be visited by a secret shopper in order for judges to get a "comprehensive snapshot of the business. Everything from customer service, drink quality, store cleanliness, atmosphere and ambiance is evaluated."
In total, 43 separate areas are evaluated and report back to assist as to pare down those who will compete in the finals.
Once again, congrats on making it this far. Now thereal work begins.
